Derek nodded, going to pick his sister up carefully. "Hey Liam, maybe Dina would like to watch a move up in Aunt Cora's room. Why don't you two follow me?" Not explaining to the three year old why the wolf will eventually turn into a naked man.

Liam nodded. "Do you want to watch a movie, Dina?"

"Can we watch Powerpuff Girls?"

Liam looked up at Derek, begging him not to put him through this. Derek chuckled. "Yes, you can watch Powerpuff Girls." And he led the way upstairs.


Stiles watched her a moment, and then his eyes flicked up to Talia. The shock was starting to kick in, and his heartbeat was rising with the panic. He took a step back away from the body, his shaking hand going to cover his lips a moment, realization what he had done dawning, and then he looked back at the house, at the destruction and the Hales on the porch. Then he looked back at the forest and saw the other bodies in different states of dead.

And he panicked and took off running into the woods.
