I don't know what that means, but you're adorable, so hi! :)
( okCuddle to the rescue; it's so much easier to talk to people on this thing than to try to say the same stuff in person. This app is an awkward girl's best friend. )
Oh, no idea which ones get what stuff. I just watch what looks interesting at any given time. I haven't been paying much attention to those sorts of patterns, so I guess I'm not super helpful, here...
I've never tried playing video games. The controls always looked too complicated. Maybe I could figure them out here. Do you have any here, or no...?
Also, one would think I'd be better at something like solving mysteries given my profession revolves around being on top of my shit back home, but I'm so garbage at it. Therefore, much respect. What kind of mysteries? Games? Escape rooms? Riddles?
( At least one of those things has to exist in his time. Games, if not also riddles; she'd guess the latter is kind of timeless, but she's been wrong before. After all, apparently not everyone has to take intergalactic geography. That had been news to her. )
They are so much easier once you get the hang of it. I actually just put in an application to work at the arcade bar that I saw listed in town! If I get it, I can show you stuff during slow times.
[and he will rub his neck, laughing nervously]
Mostly trying to figure out who is trying to kill people in my town?
Yeah. Though it's not as bad as it sounds. There's just this magical tree that calls the supernatural to it and sometimes the supernatural things suck and try to kill my friends.
I spent most of my high school career miserable because I was a geek, I'm not about to embrace it loud and proud now :P
Mostly medical stuff. I used to read medical textbooks and journals before I even went to nursing school. Which, by the way, became a degree I never actually used.
Well those idiots, thankfully, are well in my past by now, so it's significantly easier to ignore them.
Oh yeah? That's awesome! You could always just grab a medical journal or a textbook to do the same thing without having access to the charts. I mean, since you won't have them here.
Technically, at least where I came from, that's a HIPAA violation and whoever was in charge of the chart could get into a lot of trouble so...maybe the journals would be a better option.
...no, it's definitely always a HIPAA violation...
But yeah, I can show you some medical journals. They're actually really good. Or, again, medical text books are good, too. I used to like those, as well.

It's from Star Wars. And Hi! Thank you. You're cute too, and I will confirm that yes, I do like puppies.
[after all, his best friend is one]

( Okay wow, not what she was expecting him to say. It might take her a minute to actually respond to that...because how does one respond to that? )
Wow...
( Yeah, that's all she's got, sorry... )

( And come to think of it, Stiles looks a lot like Dave's co-star Warren, but that's neither here nor there. )

But medical is cool. My best friend's mom is a nurse and sometimes I read charts to learn what they mean.

But probably better to stick with the journals.
